CLIENT: BRICK Sport Performance Training
PURPOSE: Create a graphic for the intra-gym competition taking place during the CrossFit Open
APPLICATION: T-Shirts/Singlets, Print Promo Material

Once again, the leadership team at BRICK HQ reached out to me to create a graphic for their annual intra-gym competition that coincides with the CrossFit Open. Members at each location are separated into teams and compete on frequency of attendance as well as overall leaderboard standings.

This years theme, decided by BRICK management, was “Clash of the Eclipse.” Members were divided into Team Sun and Team Moon.

As is typical with fitness event designs, I find that often times with event shirts they are worn once and then largely discarded immediately following the event. For this reason I wanted to create a design that was exciting and “neutral” enough to be worn outside of the event after it’s conclusion. I began the design process with a relatively neutral design (shown below), yet the final concept was a more intricate, dynamic design approved by BRICK management.
